You should not alter or change the products or sell, pass on or use in any way that Rag Master UK has not specifically agreed to, nor should you infringe copyright. The Customer should use products only in accordance with Rag Master UK's instructions for use. Neither the Seller nor the manufacturer can accept liability for loss or damage caused as a result of improper use of a product.

When you order items from Rag Master UK you are entering into a contract, please take the time to read these terms and conditions which refer to the use of this website. By purchasing from Us you are agreeing with the terms of sale.

The website is easy to use and regularly updated. Stock is monitored through the site so items offered for sale are goods available to buy. On the rare occasion that Goods become unavailable to Us, We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused. You will be notified of such unavailability.

By ordering from Us You are deemed as entering into a contract with Us. As part of this process You will be given the opportunity to check the contents of Your order and correct any errors. Once Your Order has been despatched any mistakes cannot be rectified. When You have completed the online checkout process this will detail the content of Your Order and give You a unique Order number, it’s advised that you keep this number safe and use it when corresponding with Us.

All Goods are subject to availability.

We can refuse Your Order if:
1. Payment is not authorised.
2. Goods become unavailable.

That We believe there are reasonable grounds for refusing an Order.

You will be sent an automatic order acknowledgement email to the email address you have supplied, to confirm that your order is being processed. This does not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance from us.The Contract of Sale will be formed between the Seller and the Customer at the point of despatch of the goods and sales invoice.It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we have sent acknowledging emails and your card may have been debited. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full and immediate refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and do not wish to wait for the item to become available.
