We can ship to virtually any address. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based.
When delivered If you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail. The delivery times are given to Us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur extra delivery days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery
This option is available on orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday and will be sent using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, this service aims to deliver within 1 working day from the time of dispatch, we aim to dispatch orders placed using the Tracked 24 service before 2:30pm the same day. You can select Tracked 24 delivery when you go through the checkout process. This option unfortunately is not available to all postcodes. Delivery on the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery
This option refers to the timescale of delivery only and doesn't include the time from when we receive Your order. This service is with Royal Mail and delivery is on week days only. On the whole most parcels do arrive within 2 - 3 working days, however we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and occasionally delays, regrettably may occur.
Our aim is to dispatch Goods as soon as possible using the Royal Mail Service, if you need goods for a specific time or date please contact us to arrange this or use the Tracked 24 delivery option ( before 2:30pm). At checkout you can use the drop down menu to select other available shipping options which may include standard 2-3 working day delivery and signed for delivery. Tracked 24 delivery is unfortunately not available on all postcodes. Although on the whole, parcels arrive within there time window, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and cannot guarantee this. Goods to Ireland are generally sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service 3-5 days.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of Your Order and the delivery address that you give when You place Your Order. We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service. We have set rates for shipping outside of the UK, these are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that we may, due to cost and weight restrictions, need to ship your order in separate packages but will supply you with both tracking numbers when your order has been dispatched. Delivery to Europe can take between 3-5 working days from the date it was dispatched. Although we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and cannot guarantee this.

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
Finally we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Rag Master UK reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
