You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If You wish to cancel Your Order: Before despatch You must notify Us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com please quote your order number in all correspondence. If goods have already been dispatched: You must return them within 7 working days please advise us and we will issue returns detailsIf You wish to return Goods for any reason You must notify us by the methods above stating the reason within 7 days from the date of the order.
You are free to return Goods for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their sealed state and are suitable for re-sale and within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the price of the Goods only. Return postage costs will be met by You. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised once these conditions have been met and we have received the Goods.
You are advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning Goods as they will be Your responsibility until they are received by Us.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
